Dr Shinka attempted to remake the world into Biomega, believing it to be the next stage of evolution. Dr Yumeno and the previous Science Team Super Five defeated him and nearly killed him but he merged with a Biomega to save his life and remained hidden in the ocean for a long time. He later on resurfaces and is defeated by the current Science Team Super Five with the help of Atomic Robo and their Mecha Robo.
